MENTORSHIP & CLUB SUPPORT
FOR FIGURE SKATING COACHES
Strong programs aren’t defined by size, but built through intentional coaching and leadership. Coach Mal, founder of Oka Figure Skating,
partners alongside you to
help your organization streamline systems, strengthen programs, and grow with confidence.
Hey, I'm Mallory.
I’ve spent years in rinks, alongside skaters, families, and coaches, seeing firsthand what helps programs thrive and what holds them back. Oka Mentorship exists to share that perspective with coaches and organizations who want more clarity, stronger systems, and programs that truly support their athletes. This mentorship is designed to make coaches feel confident in their leadership and to give athletes the space to grow.
Oka Mentorship works alongside you as you grow, offering clarity, perspective, and support as you refine your program or coaching path. This partnership is about meeting you where you are and helping you move forward with intention, confidence, and purpose.

A volunteer passion project centered on building a synchronized skating team from the ground up, taking its non-competitive beginnings to a two-time Midwestern Sectional medalist at the open-collegiate level and two-time National competitor at the collegiate level.
Coaching Experience
A career filled with professional skating instruction at Lake Region FSC, Northern Lights FSC, Border Blades FSC, and now Oka Skating Academy, with experience in freeskate, skating skills, dance, synchronized skating, choreography, learn to skate, specialty classes such as power & edge and more!
