JOIN OKA FIGURE SKATING FOR
spring training
march 1st - april 16th, 2026
Build strength. Refine skills. Keep momentum going.
Spring Training brings energy, challenge, and fun together on the ice. Classes are designed to build strength, power, and strong skating skills while keeping athletes motivated and engaged. It’s a great way to get stronger, improve skills, and have fun doing it.
Enrolled skaters will train with our coaching team through a combination of small group classes and optional add-on opportunities designed to support continued growth during the spring training window. Our curriculum is thoughtfully planned with our skaters’ development in mind, creating a structured environment where athletes can continue building strong habits and confidence on the ice.
Each enrolled skater will be assigned to a core class that focuses on skating skills, edge quality, power, body alignment, and overall technique, the foundational elements that support all areas of skating. These sessions are designed to challenge skaters at the appropriate level while reinforcing proper technique, efficiency, and continued growth on the ice.
In addition to the core class, skaters have the opportunity to customize their training experience through optional add-ons, including our Jump & Spin Development class and private one-on-one lessons. This flexible structure allows each athlete to build a training plan that supports their individual goals while continuing to benefit from team training.
Enrollment also includes access to scheduled ice sessions throughout the spring season. When classes are taking place, skaters who are not in class at that time are welcome to practice independently on the ice while remaining aware of others and respecting coaches actively working with skaters.
