JOIN OKA FIGURE SKATING FOR
SPRING DRyland training
April 7 - may 15, 2026
Build athleticism, power, and confidence for your best season yet.
Let's empower athletes to feel their best, build confidence, and be ready to take the next step in their skating.
When ice time is limited, the best skaters keep improving off the ice. Our Spring Dryland Training program is designed specifically for figure skaters who want to build strength, power, coordination, and confidence heading into their next season. These small-group sessions help athletes continue progressing while developing the physical tools that support stronger skating performance.
Training takes place at Knights Athletics using quality equipment in a motivating group environment. Athletes will learn proper movement mechanics, build total-body strength, improve jump explosiveness, and develop the athletic foundation needed to succeed on the ice. Every session is coached with safety, technique, and long-term athlete development in mind.
With Oka, you are not simply paying for workouts—you are investing in coaching that produces results. Every athlete receives hands-on instruction designed to improve movement quality, develop strength, and build the athletic foundation needed for figure skating success. Skaters will learn proper technique, receive form correction, and gain a better understanding of how to move efficiently and powerfully.
Safety is always our first priority. Athletes will only progress to movements and weights they are prepared for, with close coaching supervision throughout every session. Our small-group format allows for individual attention, high-quality coaching, and a training environment where athletes can improve with confidence.
Spots are limited to keep groups small and coaching standards high. Register now to build strength, confidence, and momentum for your next season.
